3.1 Estimates & Quotes

All estimates provided are non-binding unless explicitly stated as “binding” in writing. Final charges are based on the actual time, labor, and materials used during your move, plus any applicable fees.

3.2 Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

Express Seattle Movers reserves the right to reschedule or delay a move due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate promptly and rebook the move at the earliest available time.

Express Seattle Movers will handle your belongings with care. However, in the event of damage caused by our team, you must report it in writing within 72 hours of the move. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.

Our liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per item unless the customer purchases additional coverage or valuation protection.
